Work at the Coast this month has involved the hand weeding and mulching of the gardens in the town centre of Rainbow Beach opposite Lawrie Hanson Park, as well as mowing and brush cutting operations.

The Rainbow Beach Library and its surrounding open spaces have also been mown and trimmed.

Phil Rogers Park also received some very special attention by the Parks crew in preparation for a wedding ceremony.

Eighty cubic metres of engineered soft fall has been installed at the Wes Mitchell Playground on the Tin Can Bay Foreshore to ensure our playgrounds are safe for our community and compliant with Australian Standards.
